Xavier Huillard, Chairman and CEO of VINCI Concessions

After the departure of David Azema on 11 June this year, Xavier Huillard, Director and Chief Executive Officer of VINCI and Chairman of VINCI Concessions, will also take over the function of Chief Executive Officer of VINCI Concessions. Xavier Huillard will be able to rely on Henri Stouff, Chairman of ASF, for the French motorway concessions, and on Louis-Roch Burgard for all VINCI Concessions' other activities. Louis-Roch Burgard was formerly Managing Director of VINCI Energies Sud-Ouest.
