24 February 2016 - Projects update and handover - France
In Marseille (south of France), the VINCI Construction France joint venture composed of Dumez Méditerranée (leader), Les Travaux du Midi and GTM Sud has started working on the superstructure of the La Marseillaise tower.
Having completed the drilling works, the earthworks and poured the piles, the teams have begun the structural works with the first lifts of the self-climbing formwork and the creation of the columns that will form the tower’s monumental entrance hall. 135 metres tall and providing 38,000 sq. metres of usable office space, the future tower will be delivered in the first half of 2018 after more than three years of works.
