VINCI Airports Smiling Day spreads its wings in France and Cambodia

On 5 and 6 April 2013, the VINCI Airports Smiling Day took place at the 13 airports operated by VINCI Airports (VINCI Concessions) in France and in Cambodia. For the first time, this operation was staged at all VINCI Airports sites. Easily recognisable thanks to their yellow waistcoats, employees provided almost 46,500 passengers with information and accompanied and welcomed them with a smile and a coffee at the departure and arrival of more than 400 flights. This day also enabled the 1,950 participating employees and partners to work together at the various sites in pursuit of a shared objective: passenger satisfaction.
