Vert en vue operation in Strasbourg

Urban Dumez (VINCI Construction France) has just launched the works of the Vert en vue (Green Outlook) operation in Strasbourg (east of France).

The contract was concluded directly with Cogedim, the client. Located on the former PSA site, the project concerns a complex of nine buildings – six of four storeys and three of seven storeys – which will provide homes, a retail outlet and a 207-space underground car park. 170 flats will be for sale; 128 others have been acquired by local social housing operators Habitation Moderne and SNI. The works, on a general contracting basis, will take place over a period of 37 months; handover of the individual buildings will be staggered, between June 2018 and September 2019.
Value of the operation: €22.7m.
