In Grande-Synthe, near Dunkirk (north of France), Eurovia STR has secured the external works in the Îlot des Peintres, a neighbourhood currently being renovated. Following the demolition of four high-rise apartment blocks, which will be replaced by developments enclosing a courtyard/gardens, the company will notably remove 15,000 sq. metres of roadways and pavements, carry out earthworks, apply 6,600 t of mix and install 9,750 lm of kerbs.
Contract value: €2.3m.
