Track and ballast renewal works

In late 2016, ETF Polska (Eurovia) completed track and ballast renewal works on behalf of PKP PLK, the national company responsible for the maintenance of the rail network, on a 10 km section of Line 274, which links Wrocław, the country’s fourth-largest city, with Zgorzelec, on the German border.

The teams had also carried out various ancillary works: the construction of five platforms suitable for people with reduced mobility, renewal of engineering structures on the straight section, and signalling and catenary works.
Value of the works: €10m.
