With Marseille-Provence the European Capital of Culture 2013, the City Factory, the VINCI-initiated forum for forward-looking reflection and debate, met on 12 April 2013 in the Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilisations (MuCEM). On the seminar's programme: discussions about the way cultural dynamism can radically change an urban environment, notably through the construction of new cultural facilities and the appropriation of redeveloped public spaces.
