Teamwork for a water sports complex

VINCI Construction France has been awarded a partnership contract for the financing, design, construction and maintenance of a water sports complex in Montauban (south-west France). Representing an investment of €24.9m, the project is being led by two of the company’s subsidiaries: Adim Sud-Ouest (property development) and Bourdarios (design-construction). The works began on 1st February 2012 and will take 17 months to complete. VINCI Facilities (VINCI Energies) will then be responsible, for 25 years, for the maintenance of the site, where the facilities include a heated outdoor Olympic pool, several indoor pools, a wellness area and tiered seating for 500 spectators.
