Les Travaux du Midi (VINCI Construction France) has won the design-build contract for the Cuques international student halls of residence in Aix-en-Provence, which will comprise 350 student flats. Undertaken on behalf of the CROUS (student services body), the contract was secured together with Adim Normandie Centre, also a VINCI Construction France subsidiary, following a national framework agreement. A first tranche of 200 flats will be handed over in August 2014, and the remaining 150 in August 2015.
Contract value: €14m.
