Smiling Day at VINCI Airports

The VINCI Airports Smiling Day took place on 11 and 12 April 2014 in the 23 airports operated by VINCI Airports (VINCI Concessions) in France, in Cambodia and, for the first time, in Portugal. Easily recognisable thanks to their yellow waistcoats, employees provided almost 125,000 passengers with information and accompanied and welcomed them with a smile and a coffee at the departure and arrival of over 970 flights. The day was also an opportunity for the 2,200 employees and partners of each platform to work together in pursuit of a shared objective: enhancing passenger satisfaction.
