Site development works for a ZAC

In Rubelles (Paris region), Eurovia Sénart is moving forward with the initial development works at the site of the future Les Trois Noyers ZAC (integrated development zone), the first tranche of which is to be handed over in early August 2016.
The works notably include the creation of the roadway (width: 6 lm; length: 1 km) and paved entrances, the repair of an area of the departmental road (connection of a housing development), a pumping station at a depth of 5 m for the evacuation of wastewater, a 5,000 cu. metre storm water basin, and the installation of low technical walls and a wooden fence.
Contract value: €2.8m.
