Site development for a ZAC

SBTPC (VINCI Construction International Network), in a consortium, has won the contract for the site development works for Tranche 1 of the Cœur de Ville integrated development zone (ZAC) in La Possession, on Reunion Island.
These works include cleaning up and clearing the zone (23,748 sq. metres), some 20,000 cu. metres of earthworks, and supplying 7,000 lm of various networks and 7,700 lm of roadways, including providing pavements.
Implementation of this project, on behalf of the semi-public company for the development of Reunion Island (SEMADER), will extend over a period of 11 months.
Value of the works: €4.1m.
