Signing of construction contract for Dynamo Moscow stadium

On 25 June 2013, VINCI Construction Grands Projets and MC Dynamo, a subsidiary of the VTB Bank, signed the contract for the construction of the Dynamo Moscow stadium, in Russia. The project, located 5 km to the north-west of central Moscow, covers the construction of a sports and leisure venue including a new 27,000-seater stadium, a 12,000-seater multi-purpose hall, a 30,000 sq. metre shopping centre with a multiplex cinema, and 730 underground parking spaces. The partially preserved façade of the old stadium, dating from the 1920s, will be integrated within the architecture of the new facility.

VINCI Construction Grands Projets will develop the detailed plans and build the new complex, on the basis of the building permit application dossier prepared by architects Manica Architecture (USA) and Speech Tchoban & Kouznetsov (Russia). The preparatory works start this autumn, with handover scheduled for the final quarter of 2017.
