Sale of two hotels in Saint-Étienne

VINCI Immobilier signed an agreement on 26 July 2017 with Bpifrance Financement and Natiocrédibail, on behalf of Saint-Étienne Investissements, for the off-plan sale of two hotels.

The two establishments will be operated by AccorHotels Group brands: Ibis Budget (84 rooms) and Novotel (77 rooms). The project is located in the Châteaucreux neighbourhood, across from Saint-Étienne’s TGV station, and forms part of the wider Poste-Weiss programme aimed at supporting the city’s economic expansion.

Apart from the hotels, this programme comprises 49 homes for sale, 26 social housing units sold to Alliade Habitat, 10,000 sq. metres of office space sold to the CPAM, 5,000 sq. metres of office space currently being marketed and 1,500 sq. metres of retail space.

Handover is scheduled for December 2018.
