Saint-Brieuc bypass
10 October 2012 - New contracts - France
On 23 July 2012, in Brittany, the first stretch of the Saint-Brieuc bypass was opened to traffic. Eurovia’s Saint-Brieuc office supplied all the pavement works, and HRC (Eurovia) the in situ soil treatment. Costarmoricaine Enrobés, meanwhile, another Eurovia subsidiary, produced the62,000 t of mix. This 3.2 km-long stretch is the first section of what is to become, as of 2017, a 16-km bypass round the south of the Saint-Brieuc built-up area. It will feature 8 interchanges, 20 standard engineering structures and 2 viaducts.
The entire project represents a total investment of €89m, of which €11.8m for Eurovia.
