In Marseilles (south of France), in the heart of the Euromed neighbourhood, VINCI Immobilier is developing block 3C South. The operation involves building 119 homes (20% of them social housing units) as well as offices on a total surface area of more than 17,200 sq. metres. The complex will comprise three residential blocks, two of them 18 storeys high, and an underground car park on 4 levels. The office block will be 8 storeys high, with a car park on 3 levels. This building aims to achieve a « very good » BREEAM rating and the THPE (very high energy performance) label.
