Residential complex in Alsace

Urban (VINCI Construction France) has secured the contract for the construction of 196 homes in the Adelshoffen eco-neighbourhood in Schiltigheim, near Strasbourg (east of France). Designed by architects Denu & Paradon, this complex will be composed of 8 buildings of between 3 and 7 storeys, with underground parking and a communal ground floor level featuring shops and offices.
The works, which started in February 2013, will take 18 months. Contract value: €22.45m.
