Residential blocks on banks of Seine

In Boulogne-Billancourt, by Paris, VINCI Immobilier has just handed over two residential buildings in the Seguin-Rives de Seine integrated development zone. The first, "Baie sur Parc", provides 48 homes. Designed by architect Sophie Berthelier, its architecture gives an outward-looking impression thanks to a façade covered with a translucent skin interspersed with silkscreen-printed glass "boxes". Housing 72 homes as well as shops, the second, "Seine en vue", has a multi-coloured façade by architect Franck Hammoutène. The two buildings have Habitat & Environment (H&E) certification.
