The foundation stone for the Debrousse Parc residential complex, in the 5th arrondissement of Lyon (central France), was laid on 3 July 2013. As part of the redevelopment of the site of the former Debrousse paediatric hospital, VINCI Immobilier is creating 120 flats, split between five buildings. The project will meet the requirements for NF Housing option low-energy building Effinergie certification, thanks notably to its use of extra insulation, and sustainable, recyclable or recycled materials. Handover is scheduled for the first half of 2015. Group companies are participating in the works: Pitance (VINCI Construction France) as leader of the general-contracting consortium, Soletanche Bachy for the foundations and Roiret (VINCI Energies) for the electrical works package.
