Renovation of the Pont de Sèvres towers

BNP Paribas Immobilier appointed VINCI Energies France in July to renovate the technical installations at the Pont de Sèvres towers, a very high, 85,000 sq. metre service sector complex in Boulogne-Billancourt, by Paris. The eight business units involved (Lefort Francheteau Realys, Tunzini IdF Tertiaire, Valentin, Saga Tertiaire, Uxello Tertiaire IDF, SDEL GPI, SDEL Imtec and Phibor Opale) will have 24 months to implement the technical works package covering heating, ventilation, air conditioning and smoke removal, plumbing, fire protection, sprinklers, high- and low-voltage works, generators, fire safety systems and building automation systems.
Contract value: €59m.
