Renewal of rails and ballast in Périgord district

Between 18 January and 26 April 2013, teams from ETF Bordeaux (Eurovia) renewed 13.3 km rails and ballast on the line between the Buisson-de-Cadouin and Siorac-en-Périgord train stations (south-west France). ETF was also in charge of safety on the closed line, and installed 900 lm of rodent-proof fencing, waterproofed a bridge, cleaned out 1,900 lm of ditches, 750 lm of drainage pipes, and renovated two level crossings. ETF Services, Eurovia Bergerac and Carrière Eurovia de Pagnac were also associated with the implementation of this project.
