Rehabiliting offices in Paris

In the 8th arrondissement of Paris, VINCI Construction France subsidiaries Petit and ETCR are radically refurbishing more than 10,000 sq. metres of office space on behalf of the SCI 52 Anjou. All vertical circulation links (stairs and lifts) have been demolished and the room layouts on the various floors totally reorganised. To enable the first employees of department store chain Printemps to take possession of their new offices, while work continues elsewhere on the site, handover of the first floor is already taking place in two stages: late February 2015 and 15 April 2015.
