Rehabilitation works for a research centre

In the centre of Paris, between the Marais and Bastille neighbourhoods, Bateg (VINCI Construction France) is rehabilitating a complex destined to accommodate an interdisciplinary research centre and a residence for research workers and students. The residence will provide 55 furnished flats and a common room.
The campus will feature an open lab, a training centre, an interdisciplinary interchange area, laboratories and lecture rooms, and over 5,000 sq. metres of office space. This operation, supported by the Bettencourt Foundation, will be implemented within a period of 21.5 months, for contracting authority Régie Immobiliere de la Ville de Paris.
Value of the works: €17.8m.
