Rehabilitation of a former depot

Emulithe Aubervilliers (Eurovia) is currently rehabilitating the former SERNAM depot in Pantin, by Paris, with the aim of transforming it into a sales centre bringing together all the brands of the Saint-Gobain Group. The project involves both the covered warehouse (40,000 sq. metres) and 20,000 sq. metres of outside space. Emulithe is supplying all the networks (rainwater and wastewater pipes, dry utilities…), kerbing (1,000 lm of gutters), and the surfaces (20,000 sq. metres of mix,8,000 sq. metres of base asphalt and 2,500 sq. metres of porous asphalt).
Worth a total of €3m, the works will last two years.
