Rehabilitation of 859 homes in the Paris region

Grand Paris Habitat and Efidis have awarded GTM Bâtiment (VINCI Construction France) the rehabilitation of the 859 homes in the Résidence des Fleurs in Carrieres-sous-Poissy under the supervision of project managers Aoca and Biotope Ingénierie.

This design-build contract will lead to NF Habitat certification, together with either an HPE Effinergie Renovation or BBC Effinergie Renovation label.
