In the 17th arrondissement of Paris, GTM Bâtiment (VINCI Construction France) is to redevelop the "Borel" block of flats on behalf of Paris Habitat OPH. 88 flats (66 of them occupied) will be renovated, and 32 new flats added (to the building’s south gable wall). The new-build additions, extensions and added balconies, and a comprehensive refurbishment of the façades will completely transform the block’s appearance. The €9.6m project forms part of the urban regeneration programme for the Porte Pouchet area, and meets the requirements of the Paris climate plan.
