In the French Provinces neighbourhood of Nanterre, by Paris, GTM Bâtiment (VINCI Construction France) is to undertake the design-build refurbishment, on an occupied site, of seven apartment blocks. The operation concerns 488 flats (façade extensions for kitchens and living rooms) and their communal areas (installation of lifts, modification of the halls and stairways). The works include thermal improvements, with a view to achieving low-energy building certification. The project also calls for the construction of 64 timber-framed ”houses on the rooftops”.
Contract value: €20.5m.
