The joint venture formed by Lainé Delau and Petit (VINCI Construction France) is to redevelop, on a general contracting basis, the Algeria office block (15,500 sq. metres) in Neuilly-sur-Seine, by Paris. The project notably includes demolition works, improving the infrastructure (creation of patios, rationalisation of the parking areas, ramps and technical areas), and partial or total modifications of the façades.
Contract value: €40m.
