Refurbishing offices

In Paris, in the 15th arrondissement, Crédit Agricole Immobilier has appointed Lainé Delau, in a joint venture with Petit (both VINCI Construction France subsidiaries), to refurbish, on a general contracting basis, the Pasteur complex (37,000 sq. metres of office space). The project aims to achieve Effinergie (Renovation) low- energy building certification. Worth €47m, the works will be completed in 10 months.
