Refurbishing car parks at Alma retail centre

Eurovia’s Rennes office has just secured the contract to refurbish the car parks at the Alma shopping centre, built to the south of Rennes (Brittany) in the 1970s. Undertaken as part of the renovation and extension of this centre by Unibail-Rodamco, these works involve refurbishing the 5 hectares of parking areas and the urban lighting. Worth €4.2m, they start in early April, with handover scheduled for September 2013.
