Redevelopment of the Green Avenue in Nanterre

GTM Bâtiment and Lainé Delau (both VINCI Construction France subsidiaries) have been appointed by management company La Française Real Estate Managers to redevelop, on a general contracting basis, the Green Avenue building in Nanterre, by Paris. This project forms part of the urban regeneration scheme for the area of Nanterre between the Seine and the Grande Arche. It involves an overhaul for the envelope, and the renovation of the internal fixtures and fittings. Built in the 1980s, the Green Avenue provides a surface area of 17,500 sq. metres over its 10 storeys.
Worth €28.6m, the project aims to achieve HEQ (Rehabilitation of Service Buildings) and low energy building certification. Official acceptance of the works is scheduled for March 2013.
