Reconstruction of the James Bay Road in Quebec

Eurovia Québec Construction, in partnership with Blais&Langlois, has won the first phase of the reconstruction of the James Bay Road, in the north of Quebec.

620 km in length, the road attracts many tourists and serves hydroelectric complexes as well as aboriginal communities in the north of Quebec. The works, located on a stretch between kilometres 144 and 200, involve replacing 39 culverts and rehabilitating the road surface (planing, pulverisation and mixing of a feeder aggregate and the deployment of mix) and the road surface of bridges.

Eurovia, again in partnership with Blais&Langlois, is in the running for the second phase of reconstruction works, scheduled for 2019.
