Property complex in southern France

In Aubagne (south of France), Dumez Méditerranée (VINCI Construction France) has won the contract to build the Terre de Garance programme, on behalf of Pitch Immobilier. Built on waste ground, this new complex will comprise 353 homes, 542 semi-underground parking spaces and numerous shops. The works, lasting 22.5 months, will be undertaken in three phases. The first handover is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2014.
Contract value: €31.5m.
