Primméa: innovation at the service of home ownership

In November 2014, at the trade fair for French mayors, VINCI Construction France introduced its innovative Primméa house building programme. Born of a desire to help people onto the housing ladder by making available apartments that are less expensive but of good quality, this programme is based on the company’s design, construction and property development know-how, a reliance on digital project planning methods, and high-calibre partners (from the choice of building materials to the provision of finance for would-be buyers). Three Primméa developments are already being marketed: in Petit-Quevilly (Normandy), Laneuveville-devant-Nancy (east of France) and Avignon (south of France). Further schemes, representing a total of 900 homes in 2015, are currently being developed
