PPP for urban lighting in Cergy-Pontoise

On 28 June 2013, the Cinergy SAS joint venture, composed of VINCI Energies France Île-de-France (leader) and Spie, signed an 18-year partnership contract, worth €187m, with the urban community of Cergy-Pontoise (Paris region) for the financing, design, renovation works, maintenance and operation of its urban lighting network.

The contract involves the reconstruction, over five years, of more than 16,000 light sources and 565 km of electricity network as well as launching, at the same time, the maintenance and operation of 27,000 existing light sources. The works will be carried out by Citéos IdF Grands Projets and Citéos Goussainville (VINCI Energies France). Actemium Paris, another VINCI Energies France business unit, will be deploying, as of the start of the contract, its real-time supervision and operational aid solution, SAIA City.
