PPP for community health buildings

On 20 January 2012, the "Écosolidaires Gironde", a joint venture composed of VINCI Construction France and Atlante Gestion, signed a partnership contract with the General Council of the Gironde department (west of France) concerning the financing, design, construction, refurbishment, upkeep and maintenance of 12 departmental facilities (6 solidarity centres and 6 de­partmental solidarity and social inclusion establishments).

This 25-year contract represents an overall investment of €87.1m. The works have been entrusted to a construction consortium led by GTM Sud-Ouest Bâtiment (VINCI Construction France): due to start in September 2012, they will take 13 months to complete.
Total value of the works: €42m.
