Positive-energy apartment building in Lyon

On 28 January 2013, in Lyon (central France), VINCI Immobilier and Brémond inaugurated the Amplia apartment building, the city’s first positive-energy residential block. Located in the heart of the Confluence neighbourhood, the Amplia building provides 66 flats on 8 levels. The eco-friendly approach of the building’s design, foreshadowing the second phase of the Lyon Confluence urban development project, aims to reduce the energy consumption and the carbon footprint of the building and its occupants while ensuring residents enjoy the best possible living conditions.
