On 20 January 2015, VINCI Immobilier inaugurated the Résidence Pereire 17, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, in the presence of Brigitte Kuster, mayor of the arrondissement. Extending over 8 levels plus 3 underground levels, this residential complex, providing 137 apartments (131 new-build; 6 refurbished), is striking for its extremely contemporary architecture, its staggered façade a cascade of mineral/planted garden terraces. Partially screened, looking at it from the street, by a small building in beige-coloured brick, now refurbished to provide 6 homes, the main block boasts a mineral internal patio featuring planted beds and small private gardens. The works were supplied by GTM Bâtiment (VINCI Construction France).
