Operation Mascarin on Reunion Island

Ocidim and SBTPC (both VINCI Construction Dom-Tom) are currently working on the Mascarin residential project in La Possession, on Reunion Island.

Being undertaken on an off-plan sale basis on behalf of the Semac (semi-public development and construction company), the project concerns the construction of four three-storey buildings providing 78 social housing units and a four-storey building providing 32 homes benefiting from low-income rental loans, i.e. in total a surface area of 7,615 sq. metres.

The works will take 24 months. This operation forms part of the development of a new neighbourhood with the creation of the Moulin Joli integrated development zone, and will increase the proportion of social housing in the town’s housing stock.
Contract value: €19.6m.
