Operation Losserand in Paris

On 25 April 2016, GTM Bâtiment (VINCI Construction France) and Pitch Promotion signed the contract for the Losserand project. In the contractual form of a major works package (shell construction, envelope, HVAC and plumbing), the project concerns the construction of a high-rise office block (total surface area: 25,000 sq. metres) in the 14th arrondissement of Paris.
Contract value: €32.5m.
