Operating and maintaining a campus in Strasbourg

The University of Strasbourg (east of France) has selected VINCI Facilities Alsace, in partnership with Cegelec Strasbourg (both are VINCI Energies France business units) and equipment specialist Vonthron, to operate the Illkirch campus and provide its multi- technology maintenance.

The contract covers the heating-ventilation-air conditioning installations and the LV power supply (access control and fire protection system), maintenance of the roofs, sanitary plumbing, lifts, automatic doors and air compressors, and the upkeep of the interior woodwork and the glazing. This three-year contract will concern 14 buildings on the campus – a surface area of 100,000 m2.
