In Lyon (central France), the foundation stone for the Plastic Omnium office campus was laid on 30 September 2013 in the presence of Xavier Huillard, chairman and CEO of VINCI, Laurent Burelle, chairman and CEO of Plastic Omnium, and Gérard Collomb, senator and mayor of Lyon. Pitance and Lamy (both VINCI Construction France subsidiaries), in a consortium, are charged with the construction, i.e. 32,500 sq. metres of HEQ office space, 500 parking spaces on two underground levels and 8,000 sq. metres of landscaped garden. Roiret Energies (VINCI Energies) and Satob Sud-Est (VINCI Construction France) are also participating in the project.
Contract value: €61m. Handover is scheduled for February 2015.
