Office complex for Plastic Omnium

On 16 April 2013, Pitance, in a joint venture with Lamy (both VINCI Construction France subsidiaries), signed a contract with Plastic Omnium for the construction of an office complex in the Gerland area of Lyon (central France). Designed by architect Éric Robelin, the project comprises four office blocks (32,500 sq. metres) aiming to achieve HEQ certification, a service building housing the staff canteen, a 500-space car park on two underground levels and 8,000 sq. metres of landscaped gardens, including a lake. Other VINCI subsidiaries are participating in the project: GTB and Satob Sud-Est (VINCI Construction France) for the timber frame walls, and Roiret Energies (VINCI Energies) for the electrical engineering and high- and low-voltage works packages. The works started in May 2013, with handover scheduled for February 2015.
