Office building in Boulogne-Billancourt

VINCI Immobilier and Nexity have just awarded CBC (VINCI Construction France) the construction, on a general contracting basis, of the 7-storey “In Situ” office block in Boulogne-Billancourt, by Paris. With a surface area of 13,500 sq. metres, the building will include a shared staff canteen, shops, a cafeteria area, a crèche and a 203-space car park on 2 levels. The aim is to achieve HEQ certification and the Breeam label, rating “Very Good”.
