Off-plan sale of 2-star hotel in Paris

VINCI Immobilier has just signed the contract for the sale, off-plan, to Foncière des Murs, of a 2-star hotel in Paris (19th arrondissement), in a zone developed alongside the Paris ring road at Porte des Lilas. Developed and implemented by VINCI Immobilier, the project concerns a 265-room hotel with a surface area of some 7,100 sq. metres, and aims to achieve HEQ certification. It will be operated by the B&B Hotels chain. The structural works, valued at €2.8m, have been awarded to Sogetrav (VINCI Construction France). Handover is scheduled for the second quarter of 2014.
