Off-plan sale in Rue de Rivoli

In the 1st arrondissement of Paris, VINCI Immobilier and Invesco Real Estate have agreed the off-plan sale of a complex comprising 2,250 sq. metres of offices for letting and 4,500 sq. metres of commercial space, already let. Developed and marketed by VINCI Immobilier, the project is composed of a multipurpose block of shops and offices, but also eight social housing units, sold to Paris Habitat, and some fifty existing flats that will be sold on an as-is basis.
Handover is scheduled for April 2013 for the commercial premises and July 2013 for the office space.
