Nord Franche-Comté hospital logistics centre

On 23 July 2012, VINCI Construction France signed a partnership contract for the design-build, financing, maintenance and major repairs for 28 years of the Nord Franche-Comté hospital logistics centre in Belfort (east of France). This building will house the various services (industrial laundry, central kitchen, pharmaceutical supplies, waste disposal, workshops and offices) required for the management of 1,500 hospital beds, of which 750 in the new adjacent hospital.

Adim Lyon and Campenon Bernard Franche-Comté (both VINCI Construction France subsidiaries) will be responsible respectively for the property development contract and the construction, and VINCI Facilities (VINCI Energies) for the maintenance. The preliminary design and planning work was undertaken by the Major Projects division of the Rhône-Alpes Sud region, with the financing arrangements organised by VINCI Construction France’s structured financing teams.
Total value of the investment: €45m.
