New Vélizy office complex

In Vélizy-Villacoublay (Paris region), Foncière des Régions has appointed Petit and Lainé Delau (both VINCI Construction France subsidiaries), on a general contracting basis, to build New Vélizy, a complex of new-build offices comprising three buildings of between 4 and 7 levels, providing a total surface area of 49,063 sq. metres. The works will take 22 months, of which 13 for the shell construction. The complex will be accommodating Thalès employees as of September 2014.
Contract value: €105.6m.
