New reserved-lane network on Reunion Island

On Reunion Island, August 2017 saw SBTPC (VINCI Construction Dom-Tom) launch the development and asphalting works for the future reserved-lane public transport network in the commune of Bras-Panon, in the east of the island.
Known as ESTI+, this project comprises the creation of 4,100 sq. metres of roadway surfaced in coloured mix and concrete, two bus platforms (including the appropriate urban furniture) and 60 sanitation manholes as well as 1,600 cu. metres of cut-and-cover earthworks.
As of early 2018, Bras-Panon residents will be benefiting from a development facilitating public transport and from modern structures in the town centre. The works will extend over eight months.
