New HQ for RouenNormandie urban community

In Rouen, Frédéric Sanchez, president of the Rouen-Normandie urban community, and Yvon Robert, mayor of Rouen, laid the foundation stone for the community’s future headquarters on 6 July 2015. Sogea Nord-Ouest (VINCI Construction France) has been awarded the works for the new building, which will bring together under one roof services previously operating from a variety of locations. On the environmental front, the complex has been designed to produce more energy than it consumes. It will be equipped with geothermal probes as well as photovoltaic panels. Handover is scheduled for the summer of 2017.
